Recommendations mean everything to us. They’ve helped MDFS grow year after year, and we believe that success should be shared.
When you recommend a friend or family member to MDFS, we reward you both. You’ll receive a thank‑you gift, and the person you recommend will receive a welcome gift once they begin their advice journey with us.
We track every recommendation and will email you to confirm when your rewards account is updated. Once your recommendation completes their advice process, we’ll be in touch again and send your reward.
All rewards are cash‑based gift vouchers, redeemable with leading retailers such as John Lewis — no unwanted branded mugs or dust collectors.
Here’s How It Works
- You recommend MDFS to a friend or family member and ask them to call us or book an appointment
- We always ask new clients who recommended them (although we’re often told before we ask)
- We’ll email you to say thank you and confirm we’ve received your recommendation
- When your recommendation completes their advice process, we’ll let you know by email
- We send you a thank‑you gift to enjoy
- We also send a welcome gift to the person you recommended
Terms & Conditions
As you’d expect, there are a few terms — but no catch.
- The MDFS Rewards Programme is only open to existing MDFS clients
- Rewards apply only to advice provided and completed by authorised MDFS advisers
- A reward is issued for each new client recommendation that completes their advice process
- There is no limit to the number of recommendations you can make
- The programme may be withdrawn with 30 days’ notice
- Any recommendations made before withdrawal will still be honoured once advice is completed
- The value of any reward is at the discretion of the Partners of MDFS
- Rewards are issued by email using our secure e‑sign recorded‑delivery system
- All rewards are subject to the terms of the retailer selected by MDFS
- Enjoying your gift is compulsory… choosing what to spend it on is up to you
